I've heard horror stories about credit card fraud on the internet. Is it safe to enter my card information? How can I be sure?

Your credit card is safe with eGiftsOutlet.Com, because our site uses the latest encryption technology. When you order from eGiftsOutlet.Com, your credit card information is protected with digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and credit-card fraud detection software. A credit card purchase at eGiftsOutlet.Com is more secure than handing your card to a store clerk or a restaurant waiter.



How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping rates can vary dramatically, depending on one or more of the following factors: Weight of the item; Size of the item; Number of items being shipped; Shipping method used; How fragile the item is; and the Zip code of the recipient. The minimum shipping charge is $6.48. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time, so that you can see EXACTLY how much you will be charged before finalizing your order. To view the shipping charges, simply enter your shipping information into our order form. You will clearly see the total cost, including shipping, at which point you are always welcome to go back and try a different shipping method.



Will I incur any hidden charges if I live outside the United States?

In addition to a higher shipping charge for orders shipped outside of the United States, there may also be duties and/or import taxes charged by your country's customs department when the item is delivered. Payment of these extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These taxes are not included in your eGiftsOutlet.Com order total. These charges vary by country and by the value of the item(s) being shipped. Import taxes are not charged for Guam, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses, or for any other U.S. territory.



How Long Does Shipping Take?

At the bottom of each of our item pages we list the product's availability. Most of our products ship within one to three days of placing an order, unless the product availability indicates otherwise. If for any reason we are expecting shipping delays this will be noted in the product availability. We constantly update our website to ensure that you are completely informed about your purchase. Please note that if you selected US Mail as a shipping method (to either a PO Box, an APO address, Alaska, or Hawaii) there could be up to a 3 day delay before your order is shipped.



How Do I Track My Order Once It Has Been Shipped?

You can use your eGiftsOutlet.Com order number to track the location of your shipment. Tracking information will typically be made available one to two days after your item has been shipped. Be sure to refer to the Product Availability to determine when your item should have shipped. All PO Box orders (shipped via US Priority Mail) will not receive a tracking number or confirmation. We can only guarantee shipment and provide tracking numbers for UPS orders. eGiftsOutlet.Com will not be liable for any lost or misplaced mail if the item was shipped via the United States Postal Service. We suggest you use a physical address (instead of a PO Box) and select UPS as your shipping method, so that your package can be tracked.





Will You Sell My Name Or Personal Information?

Absolutely NOT! eGiftsOutlet.Com recognizes your right to privacy. We especially recognize your right to stay off unwanted mailing lists. Therefore, we will not sell your name, mailing address, or email address to anyone. This information will always remain safe in eGiftsOutlet.Com's secure, encrypted, password-protected environment.

eGiftsOutlet.Com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. eGiftsOutlet.Com reserves the right to reject or refuse any order we deem to have been placed illegally or in bad faith.



I would like to pay with a check or money order. Do you accept this form of payment?

Yes. However, we must receive your payment before we can ship your order. Checks take up to 14 days to clear, and will delay your order substantially. For immediate shipping, we suggest you pay with a money order or cashier's check. Send your payment for the total amount (be sure to include shipping/handling costs, which will be visible on the online order form) to:
